Our gourmet, scratch made carrot cake is rich, moist, and full of spice. Our Carrot Cake is packed with grated carrots, toasted pecans and rum soaked raisins then finished off with plenty of our signature vanilla cream cheese frosting.  This is a 2 layer 9 inch round cake that serves 12-14.
